What we carry

Registered address and office
A business address in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland or Wellington your client can put on contracts, invoices and filings.
Resident director and local agent
An Australian or New Zealand resident director where the structure needs one, appointed on the terms we agree with you. The same people can serve as the named responsible manager on your client’s AFSL or FSPR licence.
Registration and ongoing compliance
ASIC and NZBN registration, annual returns, company secretary duties, and the registered agent record kept current.
AFSL, FSPR and AUSTRAC licensing
Australian financial services and credit licence applications, New Zealand FSPR registration, and AUSTRAC remittance and digital currency registration, prepared and lodged for your client.
AML and CTF support
AML/CTF programmes, independent reviews, transaction monitoring and AUSTRAC enrolment kept in order, with the policies your client’s bank and auditor will ask to see.
Banking, tax and payroll
Local bank introductions, tax registration, and payroll set up and run in AUD and NZD from the first hire.
